From £500ICB's flagship annual event, held each November in London during Global Bookkeeping Week.
The Summit brings together professional bookkeepers and the businesses that serve them for a packed day of learning, insight and inspiration. As a confirmed exhibitor, your stand is positioned directly next to the main hall, with dedicated networking breaks driving consistent, high-quality footfall throughout the day.
The 2026 event runs across 16 November at the QEII Centre in Westminster — one of London's most prestigious conference venues, steps from Parliament Square. In-person attendees are joined by a large virtual audience via the Summit app and online platform.
All exhibitors benefit from the Fever Pitch session — 60 seconds on the main plenary stage to deliver your elevator pitch to every delegate in the room. Speaker details are due by Friday 2 October.

Summit attendees are active, high-intent bookkeeping professionals looking for tools to improve their practices. Data from 2023 delegate research.
Deliveries are permitted on Friday 13 November between 07:00–19:00 only, and all deliveries should be made at the Loading Bay on Storey's Gate Road. The Loading Bay can accommodate vehicles up to 3.5 metres wide and there are no height restrictions. The loading bay is located on the ground floor of the QEII Centre.
All deliveries should have a completed delivery note attached to all items, and all items being left for collection post-event need to have a completed collection note attached.
If you are expecting goods to be delivered by courier, please ensure they are aware of the dates of the show, as any deliveries made prior to Friday 13 November may not be accepted as there may be other events taking place.
The QEII Centre does not allow load in/out via the front doors during set-up or break-down, unless it is something small that can be carried in a bag or box and walked into the building.
All deliveries should be addressed as follows:
All items being left for collection post-event need to have a completed collection note attached and will need to be collected by 19:00 on Tuesday 17 November. Items not collected from the Storey's Gate Loading Bay within 48 hours of the event will be disposed of without further notification.

There are several car parks within walking distance of the Centre, but parking spaces are limited. Van and car parking is available at Q-Park Westminster, a 7-minute walk from the Centre.
