About the Event

Event Information

Everything you need to know about the Bookkeepers Summit 2026 and your audience.

The Summit

The World's Largest Gathering of Bookkeepers

ICB's flagship annual event, held each November in London during Global Bookkeeping Week.

The Summit brings together professional bookkeepers and the businesses that serve them for a packed day of learning, insight and inspiration. As a confirmed exhibitor, your stand is positioned directly next to the main hall, with dedicated networking breaks driving consistent, high-quality footfall throughout the day.

The 2026 event runs across 16 November at the QEII Centre in Westminster — one of London's most prestigious conference venues, steps from Parliament Square. In-person attendees are joined by a large virtual audience via the Summit app and online platform.

All exhibitors benefit from the Fever Pitch session — 60 seconds on the main plenary stage to deliver your elevator pitch to every delegate in the room. Speaker details are due by Friday 2 October.

The event concludes with the prestigious ICB LUCA Awards, celebrating excellence across the profession. Explore category sponsorship →
